What do you mean by "loyalty to customers and clothes" (S)?
What about marketing strategy: S: it is effective. Meanwhile, W: controversial. can you, please, comment?
W: overpriced? You have written that they offer cheap products, which are available for youth.
O: don't they ave online so far? Why do you consider it as an opportunity?

The main concerns stays abot the pricing policy of the company. It is stated in your SWOT analysis that the clothes are overpriced at the time, and still the company has had the financial troubles recently. In this light, what would be the company's pricing strategy in Russia? Maybe it makes sense to decrease the prices in order to get larger volumes of sales and eventually larger revenue?

We are not going to decrease the price, because it will also decrease quality perception. Moreover, we have quite similar prices as Zara and Top Shop, so it seems appropriate to use our current pricing strategy.

1) by "loyalty to customers" we mean that company is actively communicating with its clients by the means of social media, as well as:
- facebook http://www.facebook.com/AmericanApparel
- twitter http://twitter.com/#!/AmericanApparel
- youtube channel tube.com/user/AmericanApparelVideo

That's why in Russia we want to follow the same strategy of active communicating with customers, but throughout more common for russians sites, such as VK.com http://vk.com/american_apparel

3) marketing strategy: S: it is effective----- it is rather effective worldwide we the company has its stores, because it is outstanding and appealing and keeps hot interest to the brand. Moreover the company as it was already shown actively promotes its brand via internet and social website though appeling to its target audience

4) by such opportunity as ave online we mean that the company should broaden it geographically, because still the popularity of the brand is limited as i.e. in Russia...

2) By "loyalty to clothing" we mean that company follows the same style of simple but outstanding high quality apparel clothes. Then the company is loyal to the quality of its clothes and keeps making it in Los-Angeles, without outsourcing it
